Financial Literacy Classes

• Money Management - This 3-class series helps clients strengthen their money management skills. It covers the following: assessing your financial plan; management; credit and scams; financial Institutions and saving. Perfect attendance to this series is rewarded with a $25 H-E-B card.

• Energy Conservation - Clients learn practical ways to lower their electric, gas and water bills. Participants will receive an energy-efficient light bulb.

• Advanced Personal Finance (Finanzas Personales Avanzadas) - This Spanish language class aims to assist Spanish-speaking clients improve their money management abilities. It includes information on assessing your financial situation; savings; managing and maximizing your savings and credit and loans.

• Smart Shopping - Clients learn to compare prices, find the best bargain and get the most bang for their buck without blowing their budget.
