We are unable to respond to requests for client services through our website. To access any of Caritas of Austin's services, please call our Screening and Assessment phone line at 512.472.4135 during the following hours: Monday - Thursday at 8:00am - 4:00pm, Tuesday 8:00am - 6:00pm, and Friday 8:00-10:00am.
In coordination with ECHO and other local service providers, Caritas of Austin now uses a process called Coordinated Assessment for all screening and assessment. The goal of Coordinated Assessment is to ensure there is one standardized assessment process across many service organizations and that the most vulnerable people are served. When calling the Screening and Assessment line, you will be asked to answers questions to assess your current needs and determine the best resources available. This assessment is not a guarantee of services.
At this time, Caritas of Austin does not offer rent or utility assistance. If you need rent or utility bill assistance, please call 2-1-1 or visit their website at www.211centraltexas.org for referrals to other service providers.
