To be screened for services, please call our intake line, 512.472.4135, Monday - Thursday at 8:00 a.m. and Tuesday evenings at 6:00 p.m.

Calling earlier will not put you in line for screening. We have a high volume of calls and appointments are filled quickly. We understand that this can be frustrating. Please keep trying.

If you are calling for utility assistance, please have your current bill available for the screening process. In the interim, please call 211 or visit the 211 website at www.211centraltexas.org for referrals to other service providers.
